WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel your scheduled appointment. However, please be aware that our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting to see the doctor. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service. This also applies to no shows. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the service. We value your time and ours and want to ensure that we can provide the best care possible to all of our patients. We appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
To make an appointment, go to the "Book Online" button at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the page where the appointments are listed. Select the appointment of your choosing. Then you will select the day and time that works best for you. Finally, you will be asked for a credit card number to hold the appointment. You will not be charged until after the appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT?
For a smooth and timely first visit, I ask that you either arrive a few minutes early to complete all the necessary forms or complete them before you arrive. As a result, our session will begin promptly, which will ensure we make the most of our time together. Your punctuality enables me to maintain a schedule that respects your valuable time, as I strive to provide a streamlined and efficient experience. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us stay on track and minimizing waittimes. At your New Patient Appointment, you can expect a comprehensive assessment of your health and medical history. I will take the time to get to know you and your health concerns, and will ask detailed questions about your medical history, lifestyle, diet, and any symptoms or health issues you may be experiencing. I may also perform physical exams and order laboratory tests or imaging studies to gather additional information about your health. Based on this information, I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific health needs and concerns. This may include recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, acupuncture, and other natural therapies. Your first visit with me may take longer than a typical doctor's appointment, as I will be taking the time to thoroughly assess your health and develop a personalized treatment plan. Overall, you can expect a holistic and patient-centered approach to your healthcare that focuses on addressing the root causes of your health concerns and promoting overall wellness.
DO YOU TREAT CHRONIC ILLNESS?
Naturopathic medicine is well-suited for addressing chronic health conditions. I will assist you in identifying the root causes of your ailments and provide comprehensive guidance throughout your healing process. We will work together to explore the root cause of your health concerns using a holistic approach. Depending on your particular needs, I will present you with a variety of treatment options. With a focus on addressing the root cause rather than managing symptoms, we will work collaboratively to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
My practice does not directly accept insurance. Certain lab tests may be covered by your insurance. You can submit a superbill detailing the services rendered to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Each insurance plan is different, so coverage and reimbursement depends on your specific policy.
