Summer is here and with it more time in the sun! In moments when we forget the sunscreen or don't apply enough, this recipe will provide relief from the pain and heat of mild sunburns. It can also be used on mild burns sustained in the kitchen. Aloe helps reduce inflammation. Lavender and Rose water are pain relieving. St. John's Wort help heal damaged nerves
In a 2 oz spray bottle combine:
Aloe vera gel- 1 Tablespoon
Rose water- 2 Tablespoons
Lavender Essential Oil- 3/4 teaspoon
St John's Wort tincture- 2.5 teaspoons
Shake before each use. Apply on burned skin every 30 minutes.
